Park Güell

Book Now

Visit the beautiful Park Güell which with its location at The Carmel Hill gives you a fantastic view over the entire city, which you can enjoy from most of the Park and perhaps especially from the large mosaic bench which is the result of a collaboration between Antoni Gaudí and Josep Maria Jujol.

The Park was started in 1900 and should have had many more buildings according to the originally planing but due to a poor economy, the original plans were never implemented.

There are listed several buildings designed by Gaudi and the Pink House served as Gaudí's home during the years 1906 to 1925. This house is however not designed by himself but by Gaudís own pupil, Francesc Berenguer.

The Park has, besides the work from Gaudí and the beautiful views, a lot more to offer from musicians to “street vendors” etc so definitely worth a visit.

If you want to read more about other of Gaudís work, you can find more information and book your ticket here
